Scouting Report The No. 5 pick in the 2008 NHL Draft has never lived up to his draft status because he has never been much of an offensive contributor, but his willingness to play physically and step up for his teammates continue to make him a valuable lower-tier defenseman in his 30s. He has the strength to keep attackers away from the crease and is more than willing to put his body on the line to block shots. Is limited offensively but does own a heavy shot. Long Range |
