Scouting Report In his draft year, he broke out in the Russian junior ranks with 38 points in 44 games for SKA-1946 St. Petersburg of the MHL. A quality two-way center, he uses his excellent skating ability to both create offense and defend his own end of the ice. He is a creative playmaker when he does have puck possession but lacks the goal-scoring prowess of a natural sharpshooter. Also lacks ideal size for the National Hockey League game, so he will need to get physically stronger in order to thrive at the highest level. His high IQ level makes up for his weaknesses to a large extent. Long Range |
