| Scouting Report What separates him from most defensemen is his outstanding skating ability (forward, backward and lateral). Excels at moving the puck up the ice, either with his speed and quickness or his deft passing skills. Can put up quality point totals and is a solid power-play quarterback candidate. Is rather diminutive, even at lower levels, so he needs to get stronger and prove he can continue to be an impact offensive defenseman over the long haul.
